Unless otherwise noted, all products sold at The Digiscrap Nation and Amanda & Millie Designs are downloadable digital files and no packages will be delivered by mail. Purchases The Digiscrap Nation and Amanda & Millie Designs accepts payment by credit card via PayPal (with or without a PayPal account) or you can pay using your existing PayPal funds. All prices are in US Dollars and payments will be made in US Dollars, but you may use funds in any currency and PayPal will convert the funds to US Dollars. Downloads All products in the The Digiscrap Nation and Amanda & Millie Designs store are available as downloadable zip files. To be able to access the zip file contents, you will need an unzipping. There are several free zip utilities available such as 7-zip for Windows and MacZip for Mac. (Note: The Digiscrap Nation and Amanda & Millie Designs does not endorse, support or hold any liability for the use of either of these unzip utilities). After paying for your purchase using PayPal, click on the “Return to Merchant” link to be returned to the The Digiscrap Nation and Amanda & Millie Designs store. You will be redirected to your account where you will find the download links of your purchase. If your download links are not shown or you wish to return to your download links in the future, you may do so by viewing your Order History. To do this, login to the The Digiscrap Nation and Amanda & Millie Designs store using the email and password that you entered during registration, and click My Account which is located in the blue submenu area above the store contents. You will be shown a list of your previous orders. Click the View button beside the order that you would like to look at and you will find your download links there. You will have up to 7 days to download your files and you will have a maximum of 5 attempts at downloading each file. Please Contact Us if you experience any problems downloading your links, and we will be happy to assist you. Refunds Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will not issue refunds on any of our products. However, if you receive a file that is damaged or a download link is missing, please contact us immediately to rectify the situation. If you have purchased an item by mistake (for example, purchased an item that you already own) and you have not yet downloaded any files from the order, please contact us as we may be able to cancel your order and provide you with a credit/coupon to the store for your purchase. Note, we must receive your order cancellation within 7 days of purchasing the product and your request will be denied if any of the product files have been downloaded. Reactivation Policy Occasionally things happen that may result in you forgetting to download a product or accidentally deleting a file. In such situations, we may be able to reactivate your download links. Our reactivation policy on downloads and orders is 60 days from the date that the order was placed. For the download links to be reactivated, the order must have included a payment either using a Gift Certificate or through PayPal. Orders consisting entirely of freebies/RAKs/CT coupons will not be reset. You may request reactivation of up to 4 orders during any 60 day period. Any additional requests may be granted but will incur a $5.00 administration fee. To request reactivation:
  1. Login to the The Digiscrap Nation and Amanda & Millie Designs store using the email address and password supplied during registration.
 
  1. Click the Contact Us link found in the Information section at the bottom of the page.
 
  1. Enter your contact details and include in the Message area details of your reactivation request, including up to 4 order numbers that you would like reactivated.
 
  1. If you would like additional orders reactivated, please mention this in your message and we will contact you to provide details on how to pay the administration fee and determine the additional orders to be reactivated.
Orders older than 60 days WILL NOT be reactivated, so please be sure to backup your downloaded files in a proper manner. In addition to keeping a copy on your regular hard drive, we suggest copying the products to a second hard drive, DVD, USB key or another external hard drive to ensure that they are still available if something happens to your original files. Please realize we may not be able to reactivate all of your orders, especially in the case of limited-time offers or products that are no longer in the store. This will also apply to those designers who no longer sell at The Digiscrap Nation and Amanda & Millie Designs. It is your responsibility to back up your files.
